Withdrawal Instructions
This is a courtesy translation. The legally binding version is the German „Widerrufsbelehrung“.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://bubbletax.de/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will provide you with a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, containing information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (e.g. the download of your tax report), your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you have
- expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of performance,
and we have provided you with confirmation thereof.
